Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Fast Tunnel service ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

These Terms apply to all users, including corporate clients, partners, and individual subscribers.

Fast Tunnel provides encrypted network connectivity through managed server infrastructure. The Service routes and encrypts network traffic between client devices and our server network.

The Service is designed for lawful use in accordance with applicable regulations in each jurisdiction. Users are responsible for ensuring their use complies with local laws.

The Service utilizes exit nodes located in various jurisdictions.

Depending on the country of the selected exit node, access to certain resources, protocols, or content categories may be restricted or unavailable due to: applicable legal requirements; court orders or government directives; telecommunications regulatory requirements; or compliance and risk management policies.

The Company reserves the right to implement technical restrictions, traffic filtering, or protocol limitations for specific exit node locations as required by the laws of the respective jurisdiction.

Such restrictions apply only to the relevant locations and do not constitute a general limitation of the Service functionality.

By using the Service, the User acknowledges and accepts that the scope of available functions may vary depending on the chosen location and the applicable legal regime.

Access to the Service requires valid credentials provided by Fast Tunnel or an authorized partner. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Corporate accounts are managed by designated administrators. Individual accounts are tied to the subscriber's registration details.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or suspected fraudulent activity.

You agree not to use the Service to: transmit malicious software or code; attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or networks; engage in activities that violate applicable laws; interfere with the operation of the Service or its infrastructure.

Fast Tunnel reserves the right to enforce usage policies and take action against accounts that violate these terms, including suspension or termination.

The User is solely responsible for compliance with the laws of the country where they are physically located, as well as the laws of the jurisdiction of the selected exit node.

Use of the Service does not exempt the User from the obligation to comply with applicable legal norms, including but not limited to: copyright laws; telecommunications network usage rules; restrictions on access to specific resources or content categories; and requirements related to export control and sanctions regimes.

The Company does not encourage or support the use of the Service for the purpose of circumventing legal restrictions established by applicable law.

In the event the User's actions violate the legal norms of the respective jurisdiction, full responsibility for such actions rests with the User.

Individual subscriptions are available through our website or authorized partners. Corporate pricing is negotiated directly with our sales team.

Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Fast Tunnel does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fast Tunnel shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service interface.
